Zadnor & Dalriada
Dalriada’s arenas are on different levels of the map with most being to the north of Zadnor. This presents some quirks with the map below. It will focus on the Zadnor side.

Mettle Proofs & Rays
Once you have completed the Dalriada for the first time, upon returning to Zadnor you will be able to complete a quest that will unlock the ability to exchange 20,000,000 Mettle for 3 Proofs of Mettle.
Proofs of Mettle can be exchanged for the following permanent passive buffs inside Save The Queen content:
- Ray of Fortitude (+5% max HP per stack, 10 stacks)
- Ray of Valor (+3% damage per stack, 10 stacks)
- Ray of Succor (+10% healing per stack, 10 stacks. Only affects actions with Healing Potency. Life drains like Beast are exempt)

Given that in total you need 30 Proofs of Mettle in order to max out 10 stacks of a given Ray, you will need to exchange 10x 20,000,000 Mettle, or 200,000,000 mettle total per Ray for a grand total of 600,000,000 to max out all 3 Rays.
